The police always adopt a zero-tolerance attitude towards illegal street racing drivers, aka street racers. Hence, the Hong Kong police specially select elites from the Traffic Branch and constitute an Anti-Racing Team to conduct special regulations on the street racers. The Anti Racing Team, with Cheng Zhi Fei as the leader, starts to work on the investigation.
