Zij wil deze kans gebruiken om zelf Sinterklaas te worden en zo het feest voor altijd te veranderen. Dr. Brein probeert met haar handlangers Joris en Boris het geld voor de cadeautjes in te pikken en er met het Grote Boek van Sinterklaas vandoor te gaan.
