In a small eastern Hungarian town, Mayor Gábor Bencze, a multiple world champion military aviator, finds himself besieged by local power brokers eager to sway the airport–construction tender his vote will decide. From gangster Biros to influential “Professors,” everyone offers bribes or favors, but Gábor refuses to bend, determined to uphold his integrity in a system built on corruption.
