For Alyssia and Ilaria, every farewell is also a reunion. Just a while ago they were at the Italian Mediterranean coast, now here they are standing at a parking lot in front of an Esso gas station, waiting for their father’s car to appear around the corner. Affectionately, they bid their mother good-bye for now. The two sisters’ parents are separated. Just like Carleton, Sherazade and Thomas, the two girls have found their own way of dealing with the situation.

Rokkasho Rhapsody(ja)

The documentary reports on the issues surrounding the construction of the Rokkasho Reprocessing Plant in Aomori Prefecture, especially focusing on the lives of the nearby residents who, while nervous about the dangers of radiation, continue living near the plant. It also covers the protests against the plant.

Royal Shooting Party on Hveen(da)

Images of a hunting party with the Swedish King Oscar II, Prince Christian, Prince Gustav, Prince Valdemar and Prince Georg. Hveen is an island in the strait 'Øresund' between Denmark and Sweden. The island was under Danish rule until 1658. It is mainly know as the site where the Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe made his internationally acclaimed observations in the years 1576-1597.

Johanna has fled Nazi Germany to visit a friend in Finland, and from there she continues on to her friend's family's estate. Once at the estate, Johanna passionately argues with her friend's pro-Nazi brother and at the same time, falls for the second, good-looking brother who shares her own anti-fascist feelings. The two are soon engaged in an active sexual relationship that continues as they travel north to an Arctic port.

Brother and sister Ninja warriors get revenge for their sister's death by killing the drug dealers in New Orleans. The police enlist the help of a biker warrior to solve the crime. The head drug dealer stirs the pot even further by hiring Cajun warriors to kill those he believes are responsible for the deaths of his dealers.

PROGRESS Chapter 89: 26th May 1988(en)

Much like the infamous match between Bret Hart and Tom Magee, a piece of PROGRESS history has recently been uncovered. The former Progress announcer, Jimmy Barnett, has been sharing his memories of a show from May 26th, 1988. Last year he was kind enough to offer his recollections of a very early PROGRESS from way back in May of 1978 (PROGRESS even found the footage in their vault), and it's a rare treat to get details of another historical show from a man on the inside.
