Stopped at the airport in Istanbul and taken to prison for drug possession while she is embarking to return to America, Sarah, a charming American girl, finds herself at the center of a terrible and perverse game as an instrument of pleasure in the hands of two unscrupulous jailers: the powerful Colonel Tamurk and the vicious director of the Alina.
