Marianne, whose past is not beyond reproach, runs a real estate agency, to whose customers Mr. Donzin grants high-interest mortgages. Donzin provides high-interest mortgages. Mr. Donzin has just executed a charming victim who, unable to repay her loan after her husband's death, has had her business confiscated.
