It's Advent time, and out of nowhere his fortunes change. Nick is lucky in a lottery, his account suddenly contains a lot of money, and he meets the mysterious and life-hungry Eve. It's almost like a fairy tale. Nick blossoms, feels strong and seems to be on the winning side. But his supposed happiness dissolves into nothing overnight. Eve's demanding lovemaking and drugs drive Nick to commit a terrible act. He flees in a panic. When he regains consciousness, he leads the police to the scene of the crime. But Eve has disappeared and nothing points to her. Nick follows the few traces Eve has left behind and immerses himself in a mysterious world of seduction and deception....
