In 1968, the university doctor (Hussein) and his wife (Mona) are arrested. The wife dies in prison due to severe torture. Dr. Hussein is subjected to ill-treatment inside the prison, and after a while he is released and released from prison, but he refuses to return to his previous work or any other profession.
