Thomas, a sound engineer in his thirties, lives in a studio apartment with Wyatt, his alcoholic boss. Lost in his music, he lives with the painful memory of a romantic relationship and no longer does what he loves: creating sound portraits. Amina, a cheerful young Moroccan woman, enters his life, seemingly to escape her own. She quickly proves to be the perfect subject for a portrait...
