Successful model Jessica Marsh and her fiancé, up-and-coming business lawyer Oliver Barnes, are the model couple of London society. Jessica's happiness would be complete if Oliver could finally decide to propose to her and start a family. But Oliver thinks Jessica's principles, such as marriage vows and fidelity, are out of date. While Jessica is in Devon with her photographer and godmother Bridget looking for motifs for a new photo series, she meets the mysterious organ builder Max Ryman.
