Filmed in High Definition in Amsterdam on Toto's 25th Anniversary Tour in 2003, this stunning concert captures the band at their very best, reunited with original vocalist Bobby Kimball. The set combines all their hits with tracks from their latest album "Through the Looking Glass" and other live favorites, performed in front of a wildly enthusastic sell-out crowd. Extras include 35 minute behind-the-scenes film following the band through various stages of their world tour including footage from Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and France. Toto celebrate their 25th anniversary with this blistering live concert, filmed in Amsterdam on February 25th, 2003. Proving they've still got exactly what it takes to move a crowd, the band perform a mixture of medley's, solo spots, and huge hits. Alice's Balloon Race(en)

Alice and Julius, as a team, are one of four entrants in a $10,000 balloon race. The bad guy takes out one balloon quickly. It's not clear what kind of balloons these are, since they are sealed like hydrogen/helium balloons, but a good thwack on the top by the bad guy sends Alice and Julius plummeting to the ground, balloon still intact. Julius makes some attempts to re-launch, but they fail. He spots a hippo, smoking nearby, and has an idea: using some pepper, he creates a massive sneeze that re-launches them. But he wasn't onboard. Alice throws down a rope ladder, but it isn't anchored; Julius eventually pulls himself up with a rope. They are then immediately under attack by a lightning storm, which deflates the balloon. Julius makes substitutes from, first, a weiner dog and a couple of empty thought balloons, then, an elephant with extra air pumped in. He grabs a passing bird and catches up to the bad guy, then finds himself in another battle with lightning.

This movie was incredibly touching. The story revolves around a young girl "Em" (played by Laura Goodwin). The movie opens with the image of a small, close knit family. Almost at once we are made aware that Emily's father (played by James Fox) is a diplomat whose demanding job barely allows him time to give attention to his wife (played by Twiggy) and of course his daughter Emily. As expected Emily's mother "Fen" soon begins to have an affair and thus begins the child's torment. The movie is poignant in the way it deals with this very real issue. We are given the impression of divorce and the very real adult problems occurring in marriage through the eyes of a young child and the picture painted is not a pretty one. It brings forth awareness, especially to adult viewers, and is a definite must see for all families. I personally found Laura Goodwin's acting to be both intense and innocent, and it was a delight to see such intensity in one so young. A definite thumbs up for this movie!!
