When a Filipino teen is fatally shot in New Jersey, an investigation is opened. Along the way, not only is his story slowly revealed but also those of the Filipino community in America in general, including the destructive effect of the drug 'shabu' (crystal meth) on its youth. The leading detective has his own personal demons to settle with his violent past.
