Overview:
Residents of Silver City are instructed to stay indoors due to what the authorities call “environmental irregularities”, but when a young woman’s cat escapes out the door, she wanders the city in search of him, and discovers what else is out there. Made with frame-by-frame mixed media animation and handmade cardboard miniature buildings.
