On September 19, 1999 the Odeum witnessed all rules broken, all morals shattered, and all royalties destroyed! In the world of ECW, there is only one rule: ANARCHY RULZ!! Rob Van Dam defends the ECW World Television Championship against Balls Mahoney. In other prominent matches, Kofi Kingston defeated Kevin Owens to retain the WWE Championship while Seth Rollins defeated AJ Styles to retain the Universal Championship.
