The Scorpions were a Serbian paramilitary unit that gained notoriety for their involvement in war crimes during the Yugoslav Wars of the 1990s. Archival footage used in this film includes materials of Humanitarian Law Center, International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia.
