The lawyer, Buthaina, reveals for the descriptions of her brother's wife, Saeed, that the disease of madness is rampant in her father's family. Hammam is opening the descriptions of her husband's desire to get rid of the fetus. She is a doctor. She conducts the operation on the advice of her teacher.
