Kezban and Ali, who are living a happy and peaceful life, will be thrown into an unexpected direction when Kezban falls ill. To reach the hospital, they must cross a wire spanning a river. While crossing the wire, Kezban falls into the river and injures her leg. Ali carries her on his back to Istanbul to seek treatment.
