In the clinic of sex therapist Dr. Nastassia Müller-Schamhaft, sexual intercourse is on the schedule. Her most interesting case in some time is a couple who are addicted to sexual mania. They do it in the most impossible places without letting themselves get out of control. The doctor helps her male patients to get some relief by giving them a little dick massage. Above all, she doesn't want to dabble superficially, but wants to get to know the case individually in all its depth.
