Overview:
The PLF is some sort of black militant revolutionary group devoted to fucking over whitey though all they really do is fuck their own white girlfriends. So do the cops, fucking those same girlfriends, and demanding to know where The Baron is. The Baron is the leader of the PLF, and when he discovers what is going on, he terrorizes the wife of one of the rogue cops in a similar manner.
