Backlash (2009) was a PPV that took place on April 26, 2009, at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. The 11th and final event under the Backlash banner, it featured talent from all three WWE brands: Raw, SmackDown, and ECW. The event's card featured seven matches. Much like 'The Big Event' held in August of 1986, Wrestlefest '88 was a supercard meant for the live audience only, but ticket sales were large enough to justify recording it for Coliseum Video, with commentary added in afterwards. Taped from Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the latter part of July 1988, with the wonderful combination of Sean Mooney, Lord Alred Hayes, and Superstar Billy Graham on the call. The main event was Hulk Hogan versus Andre the Giant in a steel cage match. The British Bulldogs challenged Tag Team Champions Demolition while WWF Champion Randy 'Macho Man' Savage defended against challenger Ted DiBiase. There were 15 matches total.

No Way Out (2009) was a PPV presented by AT&T. It took place on February 15, 2009 at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. It was the 11th event under the No Way Out name and featured talent from the Raw, SmackDown and ECW brands. WCW Slamboree '94 took place on May 22, 1994 from the Philadelphia Civic Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Assassin, Ole Anderson, Harley Race, Ernie ladd, The Crusher, and Dick the Bruiser were all inducted into the WCW Hall of Fame. The main event was a singles match for the vacant WCW International World Heavyweight Championship between Vader and Sting. Originally Rick Rude was to challenge Vader for the title, however he suffered a career ending back injury and was replaced by Sting.
