Overview

Through his new friends, Tsukasa becomes involved with the gang "Gokuraku Cho". One day, Tsukasa fights with the Shun, the leader of "Gokuraku Cho" and beats him. Tsukasa now becomes the 8th leader for "Gokuraku Cho".

The series has a sequel, 都立水商！2, with one volume published as of March 2012. Oda Mari, now a teacher at the high school, replaces Keisuke Tanabe as the focus character.
