A half-hour experimental film that shows Fukui moving towards cyberpunk imagery in a manner similar to Tsukamoto, featuring industrial locations, a malfunctioning cyborg/android and a hulking metallic ‘caterpillar’ that stalks characters.

Sea Cat(ja)

A short animated film about an orphan kitten raised with love by a sea otter, whom had lost her own child. The film's message was to promote the abolishment of nuclear weapons using anthropomorphic animals.

The Boy Who Stole the World(en)

A sci-fi fantasy adventure of a young boy whose life changes forever when a mysterious visitor lands from nowhere into his backyard to warn him of an impending invasion.

The Ogre's Garden(en)

This short piece is somewhat romantic, despite its title. We do see the ogre however. He inverts himself into the action throughout the film. As usual, the action is partly symbolic, partly surreal.

A Grand Day Out(en)

Wallace and Gromit have run out of cheese, and this provides an excellent excuse for the duo to take their holiday to the moon, where, as everyone knows, there is ample cheese. Preserved by the Academy Film Archive.
