The Glutton(en)

Gulosus (the glutton), is an alluring yet disturbing view of gluttony in contemporary culture. The film is in stop motion, with one photo being taken every 6 seconds, and contains over 130 individual sound effects and foley sounds. The piece draws from the compositions of traditional vanitas paintings and photography. It was also heavily influenced by a genre of youtube called 'Mukbang' (korean for 'eating show'), where people consume mass amounts of unhealthy and idealistic foods for viewers to watch. All of these elements came together to form an opinion on greed and vanity through a relatable but confronting menu. FLES(en)

A young man sits at a local restaurant with his friend: but he isn't paying attention to her as she speaks. This film visualizes his chaotic state of mind and how he uses mindfulness practice to tune back into the conversation. Mindfulness is being able to sit with and observe your thoughts. Being mindful improves focus and mental health. FLES is SELF spelt backwards.

Pistachio(tr)

A guy becomes entranced by the glow of the television screen as he absent-mindedly indulges in a pack of mixed nuts. Hypnotized by the flickering images, he is lost in a trance-like state, disconnected from the world around him. Then, he encounters with a pistachio.

A young couple's relationship begins to deteriorate after they adopt a unique pet.

Stop/Eject/Rewind(en)

A highly stylized, science-fiction/dark comedy short that follows the events of an off-kilter young man who constructs a time machine to impress his female coworker, taking her to the future.

The story involves a gifted young rock drummer named Bay who commits a grisly murder and becomes a fugitive from the law. Three Businessmen(en)

An American art dealer (Miguel Sandoval), who specializes in southwestern topaz, arrives by train in Liverpool. Similarly, a very proper British art dealer (Alex Cox), who specializes in African art, arrives in the same hotel. The two meet in the hotel's abandoned restaurant and decide to set off in finding an evening meal, which becomes problematic immediately when the Brit reveals he is vegetarian. While following their pursuit of a mutually acceptable meal, the main point of the film is their discourse en route to their various attempts at an eatery.
