After the collapse of the Soviet power in the 90s, a chemist scientist in one of Azerbaijan's scientific research institutes obtains a new solution. The scientist examines the positive and negative consequences of the chemical solution. With its help, a certain part of a person's memory can be erased and used in negative activities.
