Overview
After seven years in prison, Long Si returns to Shanghai to regain everything that he lost. On the train, he got to know more than a dozen heroes and soon thirteen of them became sworn brothers. Long Si only took seven days to regain the dominance of the Shanghai casino. As promised, he divided his casinos among twelve sworn brothers.
