Taxi Orange (en)

Taxi Orange was an alternative to the Big Brother reality soap, and it was quite popular in Austria. It was aired by the public television channel ORF. The idea was to lock up a group of people in a closed environment, who were allowed to leave only in an orange taxi driving passengers around, so they were still able to interact with the world outside. The habitat and the taxi interior were videotaped and used to produce a 30-minute daily summary, which was presented to the viewers. Each week, viewers elected a winner who had to decide on the exclusion of one colleague. The winner got 1 million Schilling. Two seasons were produced.

I Love the '90s is a television mini-series produced by VH1 in which various music and TV personalities talk about the 1990s culture and all it had to offer. The show premiered July 12, 2004 with the episode "I Love 1990" and aired two episodes daily until July 16, 2004, when it ended with "I Love 1999". On January 17, 2005, a sequel was aired in the same fashion.

The 48 hour block of programming is focused on non-fiction books and authors, featuring programs in the format of interviews with authors as well as live coverage of book events from around the country. Book TV debuted on C-SPAN2 on September 12, 1998. While the primary mission of C-SPAN2 is live coverage of the United States Senate, Book TV programs are sometimes also scheduled to air during the week when the Senate is not in session.
