Hedz was a children's satirical show produced by BBC Scotland for CBBC. Hedz parodied various celebrities and politicians as large cardboard cut-outs over people's faces. Voices were provided by Tim Dann, Rupert Degas, Peter Dickson and Kate O'Sullivan. The first series aired during the second series of the children's Saturday morning show TMi on BBC Two in 2007. A second series was produced in 2010 and was aired as part of Sam & Mark's TMi Friday on the CBBC Channel.

Chances was an Australian evening soap opera, produced from 1991 to 1992. It told the story of the average middle-class Taylor family whose lives are transformed by winning $3 million in the lottery. The series was broadcast by the Nine Network, initially as two one-hour episodes each week. Principal cast members included John Sheerin and Brenda Addie as Dan and Barbara Taylor, Jeremy Sims as their mischievous son Alex, Deborah Kennedy as Dan's sister Connie Reynolds, Tim Robertson as Dan's brother Jack, Anne Grigg as his wife Sarah, and Michael Caton as neighbourhood friend Bill Anderson. Originally, creator Lynn Bayonas pitched the show as a family-oriented drama; however to help ensure the program's success, Channel Nine asked for nude scenes and risqué elements to also be included in the series. Initial publicity for the show focused on the sex angle, and it was for this that Chances was chiefly known.

Wisdom (en)

Wisdom was a television series of half-hour interviews conducted by the NBC between 1957 and 1965. The series featured interviews with distinguished guests who were notable experts in the arts, physical and social sciences and in politics at the time. The series has not aired in the last 50 years and appears to have not been released for home video, but does remain accessible through a multitude of databases including the Library of American Broadcasting through several universities in the United States and around the world.

The story begins when men and women in their mid-40s meet each other again after 30 years, in a class reunion set up by a former classmate. With their current life hidden, they all enjoy the reunion and return to their respective lives, only to find out that two of the members begin to meet frequently, causing old flames to spark again and turn into a dangerous love affair. The struggles between families and burdens of reality are described in detail, but as they solve the mystery, the friendships and love between them remain unchanged after a number of conflicts and reconciliations. The story depicts the solitude and the pain of middle age in modern life which forces the responsibility of parenthood and spouses on them and provides a chance to look back on the lives they unknowingly abandoned long ago.

Walang Hanggan is a classic Philippine television drama aired by ABS-CBN and worldwide on The Filipino Channel, featuring an ensemble cast. The series is loosely based on the 1991 Gomez-Zulueta film Hihintayin Kita Sa Langit, a film based on the Emily Brontë novel, Wuthering Heights. The drama became a huge hit maintaining the top spot in viewer ratings for most of its run, with its final episode on October 26, 2012 attaining its highest rating of 45.4% nationwide.

Everybody's Equal (en)

Everybody's Equal was a game show hosted by Chris Tarrant and aired on ITV from 7 June 1989 to 22 July 1991. Versions also existed in many European countries, plus Canada. Elements of the show resemble Tarrant's future hit Who Wants to be a Millionaire?, particularly its "Fastest Finger First" game. The format was simple - 200 contestants were asked a question with four options and those who got it right were asked another. This continued until less than ten players survived, at which point they face four questions which are worth £50 each. The player who correctly answers the final question the fastest goes on to play the final round. The winning contestant must place four things into the correct order, to win £1000. If they get it wrong, the money is divided equally between all the other contestants. This was all made possible via the use of 200 small handsets, which were centrally linked to a computer.

Allegra's Window is a children's television series that aired on Nick Jr. from October 24, 1994 to May 1, 1996, with reruns airing from May 2, 1996 to June 1998 and later airing on Noggin from February 2, 1999 to April 2003. The show deals with the daily life of a precocious, imaginative puppet named Allegra, and featured live actors, puppets and animation ala Sesame Street. The show was created by Jan Fleming, John Hoffman and Jim Jinkins. The series also spawned a series of music videos aired during interstitials that aired on Nick Jr.
