American Digger (en)

American Digger is an American reality television series airing on Spike. The show follows former professional wrestler Frank Huguelet and his company American Savage as they search the United States for buried historical artifacts. The second season of the show was retitled Savage Family Diggers as Savage's wife Rita and son Nick join the crew. On August 7, 2012, Spike TV announced that American Digger had been renewed for a second thirteen episode season. Filming of the new season began Fall 2012 and will air in Spring 2013.

On the wedding day, a ghost in a green dress emerges, which leads to the discovery of a female skeleton in a well at the mansion. The wedding gets postponed while the emperor orders Xiao Qi Feng to investigate the case. Su Qing, Qi Feng’s childhood sweetheart, joins the investigation and he really wants to marry. During the investigation, it becomes clear that not one but two parties had plans to assassinate the Queen of Su at the wedding. It also becomes clear that it all relates to an event from 20 years ago and even involves the emperor himself.

The series originally ran on ABC from August 7 to September 4, 1981, and in syndication from September 15, 1990 to September 7, 1991. The second version was produced by Kushner-Locke Productions and distributed by Western International. Dick Clark hosted the ABC version and Willie Aames hosted the syndicated version.
