Once the Guardians learn more about the sorceress and her evil plan of reuniting former Guardians, they are able to defeat the Knights only to have more powerful Knights, in addition to the former Guardians attack them.

During the story, Kashou receives a couple of visits from his younger sister Shigure and the other four Nekos owned by their family.

The first two series aired on NHK Educational TV between October 2011 and September 2012, with a third season to begin airing in October 2013.
