Aya, a friend of Akira, forgets something in the school one night, and asks Akira to help her and go find it. He agrees, and while there, he gets attacked by a shadow monster. Shirogane convinces him that the balance between the human world and the shadow world has been distorted and that Akira must become a "shin"- a creature of the shadow world- in order to help restore the balance.

Live from the Metropolitan Opera is an American television program that presented performances of complete operas from the Metropolitan Opera, New York City, on the Public Broadcasting Service television network. The program began in 1977, and was telecast live for its first few seasons. The first telecast, La Bohème, featured Luciano Pavarotti as Rodolfo and Renata Scotto as Mimi, with James Levine conducting; all three were interviewed during the intermission. In 1988, the program title was changed to The Metropolitan Opera Presents, to reflect the fact that the performances were now taped prior to broadcast. Live from the Met functioned as a supplement to the regular Saturday Metropolitan Opera radio broadcasts. During its first fifteen years, the program was frequently simulcast, enabling some audiences to hear the opera in stereo via radio as well.

It means "Swift as the Wind, Silent as a Forest, Fierce as Fire and Immovable as a Mountain."

Featuring such memorable characters as Randy Campbell, Danny Parker, Dick Johansonson, Cindy Cockburn and Spanners Watson, the show glorified stunts and the consumption of copious amounts of alcohol. The Hollywood special episode featured Randy Campbell jumping off the back of the Y in the famous Hollywood sign. Back of the Y is centred around a mock live TV show, featuring segments such as Randy Campbell's Extreme Stunts and "Cunstables". The show was low budget and apparently filmed with amateur equipment and edited on home computers. The show description at the start of the first episode references one of the cast members and sets the agenda for the rest of the show "Phil Bruff had a dream. To make a New Zealand TV show that wasn't complete shit. He failed... Miserably!!!" The show consisted of 7 episodes of Back Of The Y Masterpiece Television and The Back Of The Y Goes To Hollywood Special. In addition to being screened upon New Zealand television, the show has been given airtime on MTV2 in the UK and on Channel V in Australia. They are also responsible for 'That Cunt Rabbit', Heck and Balls Of Steel.

Bands Reunited is a television program produced by VH1 in 2004. Hosted by Aamer Haleem, the show documented an attempted reunion of a formerly popular musical ensemble for a special concert in either London or Los Angeles. A show normally consisted of the crew first hunting down the ex-members of the band one-by-one, and convincing them to agree for the one-time concert; the members were "contracted" by signing a record album by their former band. The band members were then interviewed, usually focusing on the reasons of the breakup. The final segment would consist of the formal reunion of the band in the rehearsing studio, and a joint interview about why the group parted ways. If the reunion was successful, the episode ended with the final performance. In 2005, VH1 attempted to reunite the British band The Smiths, but the show abandoned its attempt after Aamer Haleem was unsuccessful in his attempt to corner lead singer Morrissey before a show.
