Overview:
A thug who calls out to girls at Ueno Station, tricks them, and sells them to a brothel. He is a bad worker and has not yet been recognized as an official member by the gang. He is feeling down after letting his prey escape that day, when an innocent-looking girl who just came from the countryside calls out to him. She asks if he knows of anywhere she can work.
