Entrances to the premises for Germans are an opportunity to earn money. However, they cannot imagine themselves orchestras without a violinist. Cudak takes the gifted Szymon Akerman out of the ghetto to concerts, with whom he did not agree before the war. In the new reality, they both need each other: Cudak can earn money by playing with Akerman, has a chance to survive. One day, Roman decides to permanently take the violinist and his family from the ghetto and hide them, risking his life, in his home.

It is Hector Berlioz's largest work and he wrote the libretto himself, drawing upon his intimate knowledge of Virgil's Aeneid. To the composer's disappointment, LES TROYENS was only performed once in full during his lifetime and was often presented in shortened form during the 20th century. The Royal Opera's production provides a rare chance to see this epic work in its entirety. David McVicar's staging is on an enormous scale, assembling one of the largest casts ever seen at Covent Garden.

His silly gag “Cock Robin Ondo” is well known from the ending song of the anime adaptation. Patalliro is played by Kato Ryo, one of the most influential and eccentric actors of his generation. The full cast except for Ryo was replaced for the latest show, providing a fresh take on the wacky world of “Patalliro!”. The story is based on “Misty London Airport”, one of the most iconic episodes of the original manga.
