The fake plants some of the money in Ted's room so he can arrest him. Then with the help of the gang he plans to finish Ted off.

His girlfriend May Barstowe (June Marlowe), daughter of a wealthy rancher, is pleased. However, the local chemist, Borax Horton (Pat Hartigan), actually a claim jumper, plans to steal the claim.
