Abby and her friends attend a frat party, but it turns into a nightmare when they are drugged and hunted for sport. As Abby escapes, a mysterious couple arrives and they’re ready to turn the tables on the predators.

ENTITY IN THE HOUSE(en)

I wanted to make a short horror film with my own twist by having the entity being a metaphor for drug abuse as he follows the subject Ben around the house to make sure he keeps taking the drug so the entity can continue to haunt his reality.

Alba Rosa(en)

Alba Rosa is the story of Grace following the death of her husband Carter in a terrorist attack while on holiday aboard. The couple were due to sell and leave their large old generational home to retire and travel. Now Grace is alone she sinks into depression, pushing away her son, her slightly overbearing but well-meaning neighbour and her therapist. As Grace finally starts to process through the five stages of grief, will she finally come to acceptance, reconcile with her son and leave the house behind? The white rose is known as a symbol for death and memory and the roses feature throughout the film.

Hisser(en)

The story told in Hisser was inspired by a true occurrence. In 2013, a young man in Florida was literally "swallowed up by the earth" when a cesspool suddenly opened up under his bedroom. The film's main setting is a bedroom by night. From the way it was shot, the viewer has the feeling of peering into an abandoned life-size dollhouse. Other sequences show close-up views of a young man lying on a bed with a tormented look on his face or cowering in a corner. The scene is accompanied by an exaggeratedly romantic song whose refrain – "It took me so long to get my feet back off the ground" – alludes to the loss of a loved one and a sense of abysmal loneliness. The song's emotionality contrasts starkly with the artificiality of the scene. The boundary between reproduction and reality grows fluid, and the virtuality – which the artist has carried to a near- perfect extreme – begins to crumble in view of the protagonist's physical and emotional frailty.
