What they don't know is that the captain (Daniel Franchi), who initially seems quite charming, is a psychopath and has dark plans for the couple. It doesn't take long before he leaves the resolute Carol in an underwater cave with only limited oxygen and sharks that are already threateningly approaching, obviously extremely aggressive and hungry. Roberta, meanwhile, is locked in a cabin on the boat. Desperate and not knowing how the other is doing, they must try to escape their dangerous situation in order to somehow survive.
