Chanika returns home from abroad because her father is in the hospital. Upon returning home, she learns that her father is in huge debt and they need money to cover the medical expenses. Her college roommate introduces her to a high paying job out in the suburbs. Chinapat is the owner a rubber tree plantation and hires Chanika as a favor to his cousin. They don't get along because Chinapat has anger management issues and there are rumors about him. In order to avoid being engaged to his mom's friend's daughter, Chinapat asks Chinika to marry him for a large sum of money. Will they ever learn to get along?

Dejémonos de vainas was a long-running Colombian sitcom, created by Daniel Samper Pizano and broadcast weekly between 1983 and 1998. Bernardo Romero Pereiro scripted and directed some episodes. The show, which depicted a "typical" middle-class family in Bogotá, was loosely based on Samper Pizano's own life. The protagonist, Juan Ramón Vargas, is a sports journalist working for El Clima, and lives with his wife, Renata, and his three children.

Secret Service is an American action drama television series, created by Gilbert M. Shilton and George Mendeluk, which premiered on NBC on August 16, 1992 and ended on November 17, 1993. The show was a re-enactment of real Secret Service cases. It aired 21 episodes. It was hosted by Steven Ford, the youngest son of former United States President Gerald Ford and First Lady Betty Ford.

This is a story involving balloonist Phinny Fogg. He and reporter teenagers Jenny and Hoppy set out on a globetrotting adventure to travel around the world in 79 days and beat the original record set by Phinny's father. The trio are in competition for both the record and a £1,000,000 prize against the sinister Crumden. Crumden is aided by his idiotic chauffeur Bumbler and his pet monkey Smirky.

Molloy is an American TV series that aired on Fox from July 25, 1990 until August 29, 1990. It starred Mayim Bialik as a carefree New York-native preteen girl, whose life is turned upside down when her divorced father moves her to Los Angeles upon remarrying. The series was created by George Beckerman, and executive produced by Lee Rich. Chris Cluess and Stu Kreisman were also executive producers.

Lost for Words is a British TV film premiered on ITV on 3 January 1999. It was adapted from his autobiographical book of the same title by Deric Longden and directed by Alan J.W. Bell and was a sequel to Longden's earlier autobiographical film "Wide Eyed And Legless". It dealt with Deric's mother Annie, her decline into dementia and how Deric and his wife Aileen coped with this. For her performance, Hird won the 2000 BAFTA for Best Actress, the 1999 RTS Award for Best Actor - Female and the 1999 National Television Award for Most Popular Actress. The programme also won a 1999 Peabody Award and the 1999 International Emmy for Best Drama.
