De rangers uit Ouwehands Dierenpark worden gevraagd om de bijzonder zeldzame De Loro-vlinderpopulatie te redden voordat deze uit hun cocons kruipen en omkomen in de grote bosbranden in de Zuid-Amerikaaanse jungle.
