After being heartbroken when his wife Karen leaves him for being overweight and inactive, Niko searches for a way to win back her love. He discovers an ad for a Tai Chi program in China and travels to their dojo, where Master Chi teaches him the discipline and ways of the warrior. Early challenges, including a humiliating tournament loss, test Niko’s determination, but with guidance and self-reflection, he trains harder and masters the art of Tai Chi and other martial skills.
