The Valley Creek Apartments seem to be a magnet for rich, beautiful people. But the rent has just gone up and it is costing residents their lives. Detectives Kate Wagner and Mark Weiss arrive to begin the investigation, but every time they get close to capturing the lunatic murderer, a suspect is found murdered.
