The idea is interesting as it links one strong clear memory, told several times, to other fragments and truths of her condition. Animation is sparingly but cleverly used to complement the delivery and avoid it just being a talking head.

My Small Doll House features a woman’s fear, fantasy, and anxious psychology toward the world by contrasting a doll and a girl playing with it in a box. The small box is a safe place hidden in her deep conscious world, but she must open it and step out of the world.

A dystopian revision of the REAR WINDOW scenario, THE DESIGN's darkly comic social critique still has teeth.

Emergence Collapse(en)

Emergence Collapse, the collaborative project of Berlin-based artist and filmmaker Rainer Kohlberger and Viennese electronic music producer Jung An Tagen is nearly beyond description (and perception): An assault on the senses that is at once euphoric and harrowing, at once completely alien and uncannily evocative, their work is perhaps the perfect artistic manifestation of existential angst. The Snail and the Whale is the much loved classic that shows us a restless young snail who has ambitions to travel the world. The other snails think she should stay put, but she puts out a call for a “Lift wanted around the world”. Eventually her call is answered by a great big grey-blue humpback whale! She sets off with him across the seas. On their journey the snail and the whale discover towering icebergs and far-off lands, fiery mountains and golden sands. The snail is delighted by the wonderful world around her, until she realises how small it makes her feel.

"Fag End" is an astute representation of the metaphorical death of a mother. The movie revolves around a girl named 'Tania', a victim of smoking and alcohol abuse, going through the process of In vitro fertilization. When it comes to alcohol and smoking, an abuser is overlapped with the tendencies of both alcoholism and chain smoking wherein one is subjected to intense cravings, followed by untoward mental as well as physical detention. Things go downhill one morning, as she relapsed the night before and she suffers a miscarriage. Does it not leave us with the raucous screams of the unborn?
