Madhav Verma is an honest and straight-forward union representative at Shivalik Engineering Works. His position and effectiveness is challenged when Chhotelal is injured. Krishnan Raju is the rival union leader whose methods are completely opposite to Madhav's ideals. The two unions clash on the Chhotelal's compensation issue.
