It will be the ninth event that WWE will hold in Saudi Arabia under a 10-year partnership supporting Saudi Vision 2030. Originally known as the King and Queen of the Ring as its 12th event since 2002, the WWE renamed the event on April 13, 2023, to coincide with the 1,000-day reign of Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
