Óscar Alberto Pérez (1981-2018) was a Venezuelan policeman who, after Nicolás Maduro had been sworn in as president, became an active opponent of his regime. The film is his traditional portrait sketched out as a pattern edited documentary with Pérez himself having taken part in its making.
