Chanika returns home from abroad because her father is in the hospital. Upon returning home, she learns that her father is in huge debt and they need money to cover the medical expenses. Her college roommate introduces her to a high paying job out in the suburbs. Chinapat is the owner a rubber tree plantation and hires Chanika as a favor to his cousin. They don't get along because Chinapat has anger management issues and there are rumors about him. In order to avoid being engaged to his mom's friend's daughter, Chinapat asks Chinika to marry him for a large sum of money. Will they ever learn to get along?

Aota Niina is a female student from Seiryu Gakuen, and is someone whom Masa fell in love with at first sight. Atsushi went to Masa's apartment and found Niina being tied up. After hearing that the school's number one delinquent Ushijima would be arriving, Atsuhi quickly escaped the apartment with Niina. After that incident, Atsushi told Niina that the culprit was Ushijima, not Masa. However, due to trauma, Niina could not sleep at night and told Atsushi to take responsibility by becoming her bodyguard.

After Japan's economic bubble burst the country slowly recovered, but dirty politicians still make deals with dirty businessmen so that they can both profit from the hard work of others. Keiichi Suzuki, head of Ōshika Construction, and Seijiro Matsuzaka, one of the members of parliament, have a deal going on that allows Ōshika Construction to use fewer materials in their projects while still letting their buildings get approved for business use. Unfortunately for them, the Government Crime Investigation Agency, the Japanese government-approved but independently-run equivalent to the FBI, is already on the move. Jotaro Zaizen, a long-thought-dead police officer, is the agent on the Ōshika case and gathers a group of people who have reasons to fight Suzuki and Matsuzaka. To help combat the GCIA, though, Suzuki hires the Haoukokuryu-kai, a yakuza group.

This is TVB's custom-made series for kung-fu icon Vincent Zhao. At the request of Zhao, the main character's name has been changed from 'Wen Zhiu' to 'Mo Ma'.
