Karma (hi)

Karma is a 25 part Indian weekly superhero-fantasy television drama aired on STAR Plus from August 27, 2004 to February 11, 2005 on Friday nights. Karma, directed by Pawan Kaul and written by Subodh Chopra, involves the battle between good and evil as the titular superhero faced off against demonic evil. The main cast of the show was Siddharth Choudhary in the titular role of Karma, Riva Bubber and Tinu Anand. In 2007, the drama was re-aired on STAR Utsav.

Selena + Chef: Home for the Holidays (en)

Rauta-aika (The Age of Iron) is a dramatic four-part miniseries completed in 1982 by Finnish broadcast network Yle TV2. The production attempts to adapt the national epic of Finland, the Kalevala, for the television audience by way of humanizing the mythological characters whose thoughts and actions drive the narrative. The protagonists of Rauta-aika, Väinö, Ilmari and Lemminki, have been inspired by the tales in the Kalevala and go in search of a woman, eventually finding themselves at war with the Nordic people, and in the end pay dearly for their pursuits.

This South Korean variety show features an all-woman cast of actresses, idols and comedians. The show follows each cast member as she tries to accomplish a long-held unfulfilled dream. Special high-profile guests also make appearances to help the women achieve their dreams.

Nagisa is 17 years old and attends second grade in high school. He is apart from his parents and lives alone in the seaside town of Fujisawa in Kanagawa. He is passionate about surfing and works at a bathhouse in a hostel on the island Enoshima linked to Fujisawa. Shun is the same age as Nagisa and visits Fujisawa for spring break. They meet and develop a relationship more than friendship. However, the surfing equipment store owner's daughter, Chika, has been secretly in love with Nagisa.

Belfry Witches (en)

Belfry Witches was a television show broadcast by the BBC during its CBBC slot. It ran for just over a year, airing in September 1999 and running its thirteenth and final episode in November 2000. The show followed two witches, Skirty Marm and Old Noshie as they caused mischief in a quiet English village named Tranter's End, which they fled to after being banished their home on Witch Island. The show revolved around the two witches, the friendly of the church whose belfry they are in, Chris Tucker, the resident "naughty boy", a nasty woman named Mrs. Bagg-Meanly, and the Head Witch who banished Skirty Marm and Old Noshie - Mrs. Abercrombie. The show was called 'Belfry Witches' because the two witches lived in a church belfry. The show was axed due to poor ratings. The show was based on the children's book series by author and journalist Kate Saunders. It was never released either on video or DVD.

Luis Salinas, the new ambassador to Thailand, who knows he's going to get his hands dirty in the next four years – if he makes it that long. A story about Emīlija Benjamiņa, the “queen of the press” in interwar Latvia, whose wealth and tragic fate have since become folklore. The film’s narrative covers the period from the beginnings of Emīlija’s magazine Atpūta (Recreation), to her arrest and slow demise in a train en route to Siberia. The most prominent clairvoyant of the time - Eugene Fink’s prophecy that Emīlija would die from starvation in a foreign land (which served to be true) weaves through the narrative as a red thread. With this strong woman at the centre of the story, the film shows Latvian society in all its richness and gives the audience the opportunity to meet many well-known historical figures.

Juken no Kamisama (ja)

35 year old Umezawa Isamu works for a major trading firm and is a single dad to his only son, Hiroshi, a 6th-grader who hates to study but loves to play baseball. Ever since his wife divorced him on a whim 5 years ago, his days have been a constant struggle to keep up with work and household chores. One day, Isamu sets out on the task of finding his son a prep school for junior high entrance exams, but he becomes desperate when finding that most schools have already closed off applications. It is at such a time that Isamu hears about the Goddess of Exams. Rumor has it that she was accepted at all of the 17 topnotch junior high schools with top scores 2 years ago and that whoever she tutors makes it into the school of their wish 100%. Isamu finds out that the girl's name is Sugawara Michiko and begins a frantic search for her. When Isamu finally finds Michiko and pleads her to tutor Hiroshi, she demands, "If you want me to tutor your son, kneel down at my feet and beg."

The program features former United States Army Ranger and Air Force Pararescueman Wil Willis, who performs solo special operations missions against groups of opposing-force operatives, which consists of regular and special operations veterans in a simulated wargame mission.
