This year Sinterklaas again in danger! Villain Doctor Wings Laer and his henchman Igor (Sven De Ridder) disguise themselves and syringes 'bark spray' to all the presents. Thus, all children soon the "barking cough and some Doctor Wings Laar has a drug that he sells for a lot of money. But also the Zwarte Pieten come into contact with the substance, the situation on the steamer is completely out of control.
