WrestleMania 21 was the twenty-first annual WrestleManiaPPV. It was presented by Snickers and took place on April 3, 2005 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The main match on the Raw brand was Triple H versus Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship. The predominant match on the SmackDown brand was John "Bradshaw" Layfield versus John Cena for the WWE Championship. In a Queen's Cup match, Chris Jericho faced William Regal. Chris Benoit fought Kurt Angle in a two out of three falls match. There was also a Fatal Four-Way Elimination match between The Hardy Boyz, Edge & Christian, The Dudley Boyz, and X-Factor.

Judgment Day (2001) was a professional PPV presented by RC Cola. It was the third such annual event and took place on May 20, 2001 at the ARCO Arena in Sacramento, California. The main event was a Triple Threat match involving Chris Benoit, Steve Austin and Chris Jericho for the WWF Championship. The undercard featured the 2001 King of the Ring tournament. Invasion (also typeset as InVasion) was a PPV that took place on July 22, 2001 at the Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. It was the first PPV to feature the Invasion of wrestlers from the WWF taking on a combined force of wrestlers from World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), later known as The Alliance. The main event, dubbed the "Inaugural Brawl," was a five-on-five tag team match between Team WWF and Team WCW/ECW. The other main match was a singles match for the WWF Hardcore Championship between Rob Van Dam and Jeff Hardy.

Rebellion (2001) took place on November 3, 2001 at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The main event was a WWF Championship match featuring Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock. The WCW Championship was also on the line between Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle. The WCW Tag Titles were defended by the Dudley Boyz in a Triangle match against the APA and The Hardy Boyz. The final title on the line was a Steel Cage match for the Intercontinental Title between former partners Edge and Christian.

Vengeance (2001) was the first annual Vengeance PPV. It was presented by Lugz and took place on December 9, 2001 at the San Diego Sports Arena in San Diego, California. The main feature of the event was a three-match tournament to unify the WWF Championship and the unbranded former WCW Championship into what became known as the Undisputed Championship. Stone Cold Steve Austin competed against kurt Angle in the first match for the WWF Championship. Chris Jericho then competed against the Rock for the World Championship. The winners of those two matches then fought for the Undisputed Championship title. In the undercard, The Hardcore Championship was defended by Rob Van Dam against The Undertaker, Edge defended the Intercontinental Championship against William Regal, Big Show and Kane challenged The Dudley Boyz for the Tag team Championship belts, and Trish Stratus fought Jacqueline for the Women's Championship.

No Way Out (2005) was the seventh annual No Way Out PPV. It was presented by Subway and took place on February 20, 2005 from the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The main event was a steel cage match for the NWA World Television Championship with Tully Blanchard defending the title against Dusty Rhodes. Nikita Koloff challenged for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship against Ric Flair with David Crockett as the special guest referee. Magnum T.A. defended the NWA United States Championship against Kamala, while the NWA World Tag Team Champions Krusher Khrushchev and Ivan Koloff fought the AWA World Tag Team Champions, The Road Warriors. 4 other matches took place on the undercard.

NWA The Great American Bash '86: Livin' in the Promise Land(en)

Jim Crockett Promotions used "The Great American Bash" as the name for a tour that had several PPV caliber shows around the country. In 1986, there were 13 Great American Bashes and NWA World Heavyweight Champion Ric Flair defended his title at each one against Ricky Morton, Road Warrior Hawk, Ron Garvin, Nikita Koloff, Robert Gibson, Road Warrior Animal, Magnum T.A., Wahoo McDaniel and Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes defeated him for the title at the July 26 Bash. Flair challenged for it on the last Bash on August 2. Nikita Koloff and Magnum T.A. were involved in a best of seven title match series throughout the Bash for the U.S. Title.

NWA The Great American Bash '87: War Games(en)

This was the first use of the WarGames: The Match Beyond match conceived by Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes was on the winning side in both events along with the Road Warriors, Nikita Koloff and Paul Ellering. Koloff, Rhodes and J.J. Dillon sustained serious injuries in the first encounter. The Bash series took place in numerous venues all July long, starting in Landover, Maryland at the Capital Centre on July 2.
