The DVD recording of this event was bundled with the Japanese gaming magazine "Nintendo Dream" vol. 101. Mario & Zelda Big Band Live was, as the name suggests, live performances of Mario and Zelda music arranged into jazz, Latin, country, and bluegrass. Steve Jones, Glen Matlock and Paul Cook blast out the music in the Pistols’ trademark fast, tight, loud style, reviving a host of Sex Pistols favourites. While the great punk-rock moment that the Sex Pistols created and owned in the mid-1970’s was brief and fleeting, this concert shows that punk rock – and the band that made it famous – will never die. A searing evening of wild music.

Liza Minnelli in concert at the New Orleans Theatre of the Performing Arts. This show was a combination of the two performances Minnelli did on November 24, 1979. Highlights include Minnelli singing "How Long Has This Been Going On?," "It's a Miracle," "True Love," "The Man I Love," "Some People," an old English folk ballad, and "Come in From the Rain". Liza also sings two songs from her recent Tony winning Broadway show "The Act" - a song and dance number called "Arthur in the Afternoon," with Roger Minami and the show-stopping "City Lights" with Minami and dancer Obba Babatunde. Another highlight is a medley of New York songs sung by Minnelli which culminates in one of signature songs "Theme from New York, New York". The evening concludes with Minnelli singing performing a scene from "Cabaret"; and singing "Cabaret," "Harvest Moon," and "The World Goes Round."

Fishmans' legendary final live performance under the Fishmans name before frontman Shinji Sato's passing. The show was recorded and filmed at Akasaka Blitz, a Japanese music venue based in Minato, Tokyo, on December 28, 1998, and released as an album nine months later. The album title roughly translates to "A Men's Farewell: December 28th, 1998", a reference to the tour name to bassist Yuzuru Kashiwabara's departure and to signal an "end of an era" for the band's three piece era.
