An ancient legend of a Viking treasure trove is the starting point for the first season of the suspense series TRIO. Their perseverance, ingenuity and physical prowess make up for their youth, and in addition they have a tool their predecessors didn't have, namely state-of-the-art computer technology. Lars, who is wheelchair-bound following an accident, has acquired an extensive knowledge of computers and hacking, and this puts the trio at an advantage in the treasure hunt.
