The events revolve around the conflict between Salim Al-Badri (Yahya Al-Fakharani) and Mayor Suleiman Ghanem (Salah Al-Saadani) and Nazik Al-Selahdar (Safia Al-Omari) benefiting from this conflict in a way that serves your own goals, as Suleiman Ghanem came from the countryside to avenge his father Abdel-Tawab Ghanem, who died in prison Because of Ismail Al-Badri, Salim's father. The confrontation between them began when Suleiman Ghanem bought shares in the Salim Al-Badri Textiles Factory.

SOFTNOTES is a multi-hour music video block created for Black Entertainment Television. It debuted in the fall of 1987, and was created & produced by Alvin Jones, former host of Video Vibrations. This video block focused on the genre known as Smooth Jazz, mixed up with R&B, Soft Rock, & Easy Listening videos. this also showed the growing diversity of BET, and paved the way for other Jazz dedicated shows like "Sound & style w/Ramsey Lewis, and Jazz Central. Eventually the program would spin off the BET on Jazz digital cable channel, which is currently Centric. Softnotes remained on the air until 1991, and Paul Porter would host the remainder of the show until it went off the air in mid-late 1991. . Artists like Anita Baker, Kenny G, Najee, Jeff Lorber, Freddie Jackson, and numerous others had their videos shown on the program.

Sonda was a Polish television popular science series broadcast between 1977 and 1989. It was presented by Zdzisław Kamiński and Andrzej Kurek. During the period of 12 years of broadcasting, the programme was the most popular and appreciated science TV show in Poland, becoming cult viewing for a generation. The program ended with the death of its hosts in a car accident on September 29, 1989. The programme owes its popularity to its unique formula: In each episode, one particular problem from the field of science or technology was addressed. The show had the form of a “never-ending” discussion between a sceptic and an enthusiast, who carried out hands-on demonstrations and experiments to illustrate their arguments. The discussion contained elements of humour and performance, the hosts were often dressed up in costumes. The show was interspersed with documentary footage presenting a broader view of the issues discussed. A total of 529 episodes were broadcast. Most of the broadcast tapes have been deleted.
